West Riding County FA Cup, Semi Final
2pm, Beeston St. Anthony FC
The First Team have reached the semi finals of the WRCFA Cup for only the second time in their history and will face West Yorkshire Prem side Beeston St. Anthony. The Club has history with Beeston already this season, their reserves having knocked our reserves out of the County Trophy. The lads will be keen not to let that happen again!
Beeston are the form team coming into the game, with 5 wins in a row. Medics form has been mixed but their 13 game winning run at the start of the season showed they can really turn on the form when needed.
Medics go into the game as second top scorers in the competition with 17 goals and come up against the best defence, with Beeston conceding just once on their route to the semi. It promises to be an intriguing prospect!
The winners will face either Littletown or Field FC in the final.
